RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Washora. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased through washora.shop.

1. Thirty-Day Return Period

Washora offers free returns and refunds within 30 days.

The 30-day return period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. To request a return, contact us at support@washora.shop within this period.

Return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product should:

  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused beyond reasonable inspection
  • Include its original packaging, accessories, and components
  • Include valid proof of purchase from washora.shop

Customers may carefully inspect a product after delivery. However, products showing damage, excessive use, washing, alteration, contamination, or misuse may not qualify for a standard return.

Products that arrive damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered will be reviewed separately and remain eligible for assistance.

3. Free Return Shipping

Approved returns are eligible for free return shipping.

Contact us before sending a return. We will provide return instructions and, where available, a prepaid return label or another approved return method.

Products returned without authorization may be delayed, refused, or sent to an incorrect location. Washora is not responsible for products shipped to an address that was not provided or approved by our customer support team.

4. Starting a Return

To request a return, email support@washora.shop and provide:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The product you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographs, when the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing the request, we will send instructions explaining how and where to return the product.

Do not send products directly to our mailing address unless our customer support team specifically confirms that address for your return.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.

Contact us promptly if:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • An item is missing
  • You received the wrong product
  • The quantity received does not match the order

We may request photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, or damaged area so that we can evaluate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not normally issue refunds through a different payment method.

After a refund is processed, your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to post the funds to your account. These processing times are controlled by the financial institution and are outside Washora’s control.

7. Original Shipping Charges

Washora provides free worldwide shipping. Therefore, there is normally no original standard shipping charge to deduct from an approved refund.

Optional expedited services, premium delivery services, customs duties, taxes, or other third-party charges may not be refundable unless the charge resulted from an error made by Washora or refunding it is required by law.

8. Exchanges

We may not always be able to offer direct exchanges because product availability can change.

When a direct exchange is unavailable, you may return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.

Please contact us before returning the product so that we can review current availability and recommend the most appropriate solution.

9. Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.

We will attempt to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to a shipping carrier.

If the order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after delivery under this policy.

10. Lost Return Packages

Customers must use the return method provided or approved by Washora.

When a tracking number is provided, keep it until the return and refund are complete. Washora may not be responsible for return packages sent using an unapproved method or packages that cannot be tracked.

11. Abuse of the Return Policy

Washora reserves the right to refuse returns associated with suspected fraud, repeated misuse, product substitution, false damage claims, or other abusive activity.

This provision does not limit any rights available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
