This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through washora.shop are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
Washora provides free standard shipping to eligible destinations worldwide.
There is no minimum purchase amount required for standard free shipping unless a different condition is clearly displayed during checkout.
Free shipping refers to the transportation charge. Customers may still be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, local handling charges, or other government-imposed fees when applicable.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates may begin after an order has been successfully confirmed and prepared for shipment.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on:
- Destination country or region
- Local carrier operations
- Customs inspections
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect address information
- Events outside our reasonable control
3. Order Processing
Orders are reviewed before shipment to confirm product availability, payment authorization, and shipping information.
Customers will receive an order confirmation at the email address entered during checkout. A shipping confirmation or tracking update may be sent after the package has been dispatched.
Orders containing several products may occasionally arrive in separate packages.
4. Shipping Destinations
We ship to many destinations worldwide.
Shipping availability may be limited in regions affected by carrier restrictions, legal restrictions, sanctions, transportation interruptions, or safety concerns.
If we cannot ship an order to the provided destination, we will contact the customer and issue an appropriate refund for the unavailable order.
5. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created. Some international packages may not show continuous scans while moving between countries or carriers.
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean that a package has been lost.
6. Correct Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Before submitting an order, please review:

- Apartment or unit number
- City
- State or province
- Postal or ZIP code
- Country
- Telephone number
Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will attempt to update the information, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has started.
7. Failed or Returned Deliveries
A package may be returned to the sender because of:
- An incorrect or incomplete address
- An unavailable recipient
- Failure to collect the package
- Refusal of delivery
- Customs-related issues
- Local carrier restrictions
Please contact us if tracking shows that your package is being returned. We will review the circumstances and explain the available resolution.
Additional reshipping costs may apply when a delivery fails because the customer provided incorrect information or did not collect the package. This does not affect free returns for eligible products received by the customer.
8. Delayed Shipments
Most orders should arrive within the estimated delivery period, but delays may occur.
Contact us at support@washora.shop if your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package has not arrived after the expected delivery timeframe.
We may ask you to confirm your shipping information and allow the carrier reasonable time to complete an investigation.
9. Lost Packages
If a package appears to be lost, contact us with your order number.
We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, contact the shipping provider. Depending on the result, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.
A package marked as delivered may require additional verification with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier before it can be considered lost.
10. Damaged Packages
If the shipping package or product arrives damaged, take clear photographs of:
- The exterior packaging
- The shipping label
- The damaged product
- Any damaged internal packaging
Send the photographs and your order number to support@washora.shop. Please keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed.
11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or local fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the website or checkout page clearly states otherwise.
Washora does not control customs processing times or government-imposed charges.
12. Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We will attempt to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has shipped, address changes may need to be requested directly through the carrier and may not be available.
